Start your day off right with mental and physical mindfulness! Kick your weekend off right with some Friday morning yoga! Join us on June 18th from 8 to 9 AM for FreeTree Flow Yoga with Madalyn. We will be hosting the yoga session in the parking lot behind the facility for social distancing purposes. Please bring your own mat and eco-friendly water bottle.
