Greenhouse Gardener - Full time- ALL Year round

We operate all year round, and are continuing operating full time as an essential business in compliance with the state guidelines. All applicants must be free of any cold/flu/corona virus related symptoms for the last three weeks. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to join one of the best Cannabis gardening teams in the state. No use of cannabis products on premises, or during working hours.Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and a team player are essential in this position. Experience is preferred, but Not required, we will train you if you are the right fit. Must be reliable and be prepared to put in hard work with a small team. We do grow inside our greenhouses, but you must be able to work outdoors in the heat for several hours as needed for example washing pots, mixing soil, or other tasks as needed. This is hardworking farm-work with lots of fast paced tasks going on every day. Standard work hours are monday through friday 7am-4pm.However you MUST be able to work at least 1 evening shift per month. Also working past 4pm will be required at times in order to get the work complete for the day. General tasks you will be doing... Water Plants Take clones Transplant Mix soil Wash Pots Cleaning floors, cleaning greenhouses, cleaning everything! Deleafing Harvesting buckdown etc. Requirements At least 21 years old. Pass a background check. Ability to stand for 8 hours a day. Able to squat and stand repeatedly. Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly. Physically demanding work. Reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of Malaga, WA. Sometimes over 40+ hours required Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
