Daniel Berkman plays the Kora live at Clarion Daniel Berkman, San Francisco based multi-instrumentalist, composer and electronic musician will be performing a live looping set featuring the Kora (a 21-stringed harp lute from West Africa) and electronics. After honing his current sound of electric kora music during the pandemic of 2020 by giving regular morning concerts on Facebook Live called “Kora in the Garden”, Daniel is now ready to bring his new kora music to the public stage once again. Clarion Performing Arts Center provides education and live performance opportunities by fusing music, poetry, theater and visual art as one organic artistic experience for individuals and communities.
