Join us for some gentle yoga to promote alignment, relaxation, and mindfulness - ideal for every body regardless of age, ability, or body-type - beginners are encouraged! ALL are welcome here without judgment.
Yoga offers more than physical movement - it offers you the time and space to slow down your mind, acknowledge your breath, reflect on your values, love yourself, and release what no longer serves you so that you can live your best life.
This summer we are offering Sunset Yoga in the Yard monthly at TLC Chiropractic in LITH - each month will have a theme - June's theme is Mindfulness.
What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is the state of being consciously present in the moment - we spend so much time up in our heads or down in our phones that we sometimes miss what's right in front of us. Yoga teaches us how to be mindful. It is a practice. You will learn breathing techniques and grounding exercises that you can practice at home to be more mindful in your life.
