Seeking a Janitorial Field Supervisor to coordinate and work with crews in both Baytown and Galveston. Person must be organized, have janitorial experience, and have reliable transportation. This position requires a "get up and go" attitude as well ability to get things done! Must be bilingual - English/Spanish. Will require travel and lots of coordination of time. Our company offers 401K, Health and Dental, a Bonus Program as well as Education Stipends for qualified individuals. Must be able to lift heavy equipment, drive transport vans, know how to operate cleaning equipment, and be able to fix things (generally cleaning equipment).
