Full-time & part-time work in the office. No remote component to this position. DAY SHIFT, EVENING SHIFT: REQUIRE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS. Greatland Tours is a Bus Service Company providing transportation from Texas to Casinos in Louisiana and bus charter service to 50 States. We seek enthusiastic candidates whose primary focus will be to manage the check-in front desk office and lobby area of our offices. You must provide positive, excellent, professional, and first impression customer service with a happy, friendly attitude and keep calm when asked to multitask or handle several issues simultaneously. Must have the ability to work well independently and get along well with others. He/She must be highly motivated, reliable, honest, and punctual with excellent communication skills. Enjoys solving problems and faces challenges head-on. Our company is open 365 days a year, must be able to work holidays & weekend. The job responsibilities and duties include but not limited to: · Provide excellent service to customers to deliver top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional manner. · Perform customer service over the phone, via email, online chat, social media, and in-person. · Answer phone system professionally, courtesy, friendly and timely manner, and greet, direct, and handle questions and concerns efficiently upon customers' arrival. · Answering a high volume of incoming call inquiries. Providing company service available, route information, policies, procedures, locations, direction, and promoting company programs to maximize revenue. · Sale, book, cancel and confirm the reservations, check-in customers upon arrival at our office, maintaining guest records, payment, cash handling, etc.. · Handling customer relations and solving customer complaints. You must process effective public relations skills with customers in a courteous manner. · Maintain a clean, neat, orderly check-in office and waiting area at all times. · Assist in sales promotion to implementing sales strategy plans and generating sales opportunities. · Prepare and maintain trip and driver paperwork. · Perform general clerical work, filing, data entry, and prepare different reports in Excel. · Provide support to the sales team, other departments as needed. · The candidate must be flexible and open to performing various tasks as needed. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: · Stable employment history · Have a positive attitude and be customer service-focused. · Prefer Bilingual must be fluent in English with Vietnamese, Chinese, or Spanish. · At least two years of experience in customer service and money handling required. · Must type data accurately at 45+ words per minute (WILL BE TESTED). · Fast and accurate alphanumeric data entry skills, prospect data input. · Basic office machinery (copier, fax, scanner). · Basic computers skill with experience in Excel, Word. · Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and ability to work well under stress. · Must have excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and prioritizing tasks. · Ability to work within deadlines and time management skills. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment. · Must have advanced problem-solving, handling customer complaints, and be able to use independent judgment to resolve issues in a timely manner within established guidelines · Must be able to manage high call volume with no more than three rings in multiple-phone lines system professionally, friendly, and in a fast timely manner. · Reports to work on time, in clean appearance and grooming, must conform to company dress code standards. · Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. · Required to work flexible hours. · Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality. · Must pass a criminal background check and drug-free workplace.
