Looking for a maintenance/handy man who is a "jack of all trades" to work on rental houses including Section 8 and City code work. We need quality workmanship as the work will be inspected by the City or Section 8. Should have some general repair skills and painting experience as a minimum. Carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and remodeling experience would be appreciated. The person should be trustworthy, drug free and alcohol free on the job. Must have some tools and a reliable vehicle. Work is weekdays with only emergency work on the weekends or evenings. Hours can be flexible if need be, otherwise 9-5.
