Mole’s Painting & Remodeling is seeking a full-time employee Mon-Fri, weekend work occasionally. We are a small painting & general contracting company looking to hire motivated individuals willing to work hard and grow with the business. This will require having a good attitude, working as a team or on your own, must be flexible. 1 year experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Employment will begin with a 2-week trial period to assess skill level and ability to fulfill the requirements of the job. Requirements: * A good attitude, must be reliable with a strong work ethic, must be punctual and the ability to retain instruction. * Ability to pass a background check and drug test * Must be flexible with schedule at times, due to weather conditions we work the occasional weekend. * Ability to lift up to 75 lb. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to climb ladders * Knowledge in prep and painting millwork, cabinetry, interior and exteriors a plus * Knowledge of remodeling – drywall, install flooring, demolition, install cabinets, doors a plus * Willingness to learn new skills and follow instruction Responsibilities: * Working on ladders or roofs. * Interior/exterior prep and painting * Interior floorings * Mill work installation * Preparing various surfaces for painting (walls, cabinets, doors...) * Applying primer and paint to various surfaces. * Taping and covering surfaces (masking). * Filling cracks, holes and joints with caulk, putty, or other filler. * Brush/Roll/Spray * Carpentry – small projects Pay/Benefits: Starting at $15 per hour with no experience, experienced employees start between $18-$20 per hour. Paid bi-weekly. Room for advancement.
