WPM is in need of a Groudskeeper/Site Technician to join our team. Your main focus as a Site Technician is maintaining Curb Appeal and overall cleanliness across the property, as well as performing outdoor grounds work such as snow and trash removal. You play a crucial role in maintaining properties that WPM and our residents can take pride in! If you are a person who works well with their hands, enjoys helping others, and is an overall hard-worker, we want to hear from you! You will be expected to keep exteriors, common areas, vacant units, and walkways of the property in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition. Some of your responsibilities will include: Maintaining cleanliness of indoor common areas Assisting with outdoor grounds work such as trash and snow removal Keeping sidewalk and grounds clean Assisting maintenance team when necessary Maintaining overall cleanliness of property Paints common areas and apartments Performs minor carpentry work such as re-screening screens and drywall repairs If interested, apply directly at www.wpmjobs.com!
