We are currently hiring for a full-time counter sales representative at our Phoenix location. This position will consist of assisting customers at the counter and over the phone with their building material needs. Excellent customer service skills, proper phone etiquette, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail are required for this position. Duties and Responsibilities: - Become competent in product knowledge so as to have an understanding of the customers project needs. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on customer retention - Probe customers for opportunities to increase sales and/or satisfaction at every interaction - Manage and resolve customer questions and issues related to quotes, orders and deliveries - Strong phone and personal communication skills - Multi tasking abilities and strong attention to detail - Strong and organized sales skills - Enter and process customer orders using Sage 100 - High degree of self motivation - Computer literate - Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred, but not required - Knowledge of plumbing, electrical helpful $500 SIGING BONUS TO BE PAID AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour In person Applications also available!
