Join us on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at the Book Tavern in downtown Augusta for a book talk, signing with André Benito Mountain. During this event, Augusta native Andre Benito Mountain will discuss his books "Principals Don't Walk on Water" and "Virtually Lost". He will discuss his work as a columnist for Citizen ED and Education Post, and his experiences of leading a school through the global pandemic. He will answer questions about the state of public education and sign copies of books for attendees. This event is an outdoor event that will be held in front of The Book Tavern. Books and DEF-ED clothing will be available for purchase.
