This business owner/operator exercise will provide great insight into the things you should be doing - that will add actual value to your business. The first question you might ask is: ‘Is your business sellable or investable?' If the answer to that question is: no, one day, maybe or probably, you need to think again. Even when you have no intention of selling, you should operate your business as if you will sell in 2-10 years. This requirement gives the business owner a whole new perspective on the day to day operation of their business. In this presentation we will discuss some of the concepts that should be considered.
