Join me September 17-19 2021 in Arrow Rock Missouri. Yoga, Hiking in a beautiful, peaceful location. Camping or B&B style is your choice! Join Jesse Davis in Arrow Rock Missouri at the end of Summer for a yoga retreat. We will welcome the change of Summer to Fall with yoga, light hikes, and community. Fall Equinox brings equal days of light and dark. Longer cooler nights are welcomed after a long hot Summer. This three day event will bring peace and introspection into your yoga practice. Our classes will be held around the town of Arrow Rock. All levels are welcome! Yoga is for everyone and physical modifications are always welcome for safety in my classes. Three classes plus an opportunity for small group restorative style classes will be offered. Arrow Rock is located in central Missouri about 99 miles from midtown Kansas City and 160 miles from St. Louis. Its rich history offers a look into the lifestyle of past generations. This village is meticulously preserved and down right adorable. Bed and Breakfast lodging is available (you book on your own). Also there is campsites for RV’s and tents if that suits you better. I will be providing a meal a day. Please bring your mat, a friend and an open mind. I am so excited to share this event. Please feel free to also share.
