We all have a role to play. Together, we can save lives. It’s been a really challenging year. Now more than ever we need our community to come together to address the major challenges of our day. That’s why our team has carefully selected the 2021 Heartland Values and Leadership Series participants to help you better understand that Suicide is Everyone’s Business. Our keynote speaker and panel of experts will help you better understand the issue of suicide as it relates to our state, our local community and you – are you ready for an impactful evening? Mark your calendar to join us at the Heartland Values and Leadership Series on Thursday, September 9th! Get ready to better understand suicide and make a difference in your community and family. Community Action Fair Come early to visit the Community Action Fair (5:30 pm - 6:30). There will be resource tables and opportunities to interact with people from local organizations that are working to raise awareness and prevent suicides. Improving. Growing. Acting. The Heartland Values and Leadership Series addresses social topics that are valued throughout our communities while providing leadership development for improved action in community settings.   Our mission is to grow leaders for improved action in community settings.   We see more and more leaders in business, schools and organizations of our cities promoting common values and collective action.  Our core values are Growing, Leading, Improving and Acting.  We know that everyone has influence.  Join us in infleuncing our community in a postive way.
