Ticket Prices: $150/alum REUNION EVENT DETAILS Calling all classmates of RGHS Class of 2001, whether you walked the stage or were apart of the journey. Join us September 24 - 26th as we commemorate the 20th Reunion of the BEST, BRIGHTEST and BADDEST Class Riverview has seen before or since!!! Though the pandemic caused delays in planning, now that venues are reopening, Your Class Reunion Committee is pleased to announce a 20th Reunion Event worth celebrating. After staying indoors for the past year, who better to commemorate coming out of quarantine than with those you graduated? The Committee has planned the following 3-day event for those near and far: Friday, September 24, 2021 @7:30PM: Meet & Greet (Location: Top Golf - 16851 N Outer 40 Road, Chesterfield, MO 63005)Saturday, September 25, 2021 @ 7PM: Mask-a-Rade Formal Event (Location: TBD)Sunday, September 26, 2021 @ 1PM: Family Picnic (Location: TBD)Continue to follow our Class Facebook page for additional info and updates. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. What will the $150 ticket price get me? Your ticket purchase assists in creating the best/safe experience for our reunion which includes alumni class dues and access to all weekend events. The ticket price additionally includes event expenses such as your commemorative t-shirt, photos, and food for families at the picnic. 2. Will the ticket price change as the date gets closer? Yes! We are encouraging all planning to attend to purchase tickets EARLY! To incentivize, ticket prices will be discounted to $125 from June 1st - July 14th. Tickets will remain at standard rate of $150 through August 24th, but will increase to $175 after this date. 3. Can I take advantage of the discounted rate, but pay in installments? Yes, we will allow for installments only for those who register from June 1st - July 14th. An initial payment of $50 will be due prior to July 14th with subsequent payments due by August 10th and September 10th respectively. Dates not met will forfeit the initial deposit and result in ticket pricing due at current event rates. 4. Will I be able to request a refund? Initial deposits will not be refundable. At this point, the refund policy refers only to the $50 deposit. The emphasis at time is to host a successful Reunion. But... we need full participation for that to happen. So let’s get errrbody to spread the word so we don’t plan to fail and have the event as posted!!! 💙💛💙💛 5. As I am purchasing tickets, will I be able to include a plus one, who may not be an alum? Yes, you are allowed to purchase for a plus one who may not be alumni for the Meet-and-Greet and Mask-a-Rade events at $25 per event. The picnic is for the whole family and is included in alumni ticket pricing. 6. Can I donate extra to any classmate that's on the ropes about payment and really wants to come? Yes! There is now a donation option. Donations will be accepted at any amount and will be set aside for classmates who want to attend though experiencing financial constraints. Recipient names will remain anonymous though we will report total donations received and outlay. 7. I want to attend, but am struggling financially. Can I still come? Yes! We don't plan to leave any classmate at home who wants to join the fun. Special funds are being donated by fellow classmates and will be set aside to assist anyone desiring to attend (see #6). Contact the Committee at [email protected] for more information. 8. Are events kid-friendly or only adults? Friday and Saturday is for grown folks only. Families are encouraged to attend the Sunday picnic event, where there will be activities for the whole family. 9. When/How will I know the addresses of each event? This site as well as the Class FaceBook page will be updated with specific event details in the upcoming weeks as all locations are finalized. Official details will be posted within 30 days of the event.
