Join us for a Mini & Me Yoga Story Adventure! Join us for a Mini & Me Yoga Story Adventure! *Ages three-eight* We will be following along with a yoga story for children and introducing fun poses to our minis. The benefits of starting yoga at a young age include but are not limited to: learning how to express emotions in a healthy way, gives children a physical outlet for big feelings, and teaches them how to reduce anxiety and cope. This month's story adventure is Dinosaur Yoga, where we explore how to handle our feelings by breathing and doing yoga poses, instead of stomping our feet and acting out in undesirable ways. Five tickets are available, $5-7 donation. (One ticket per caregiver & child *up to two Children* if there are more than two, please purchase an additional ticket because space is limited!) Please bring your own mat(s). One adult mat can be sufficient for each Mini & Me pair if Mini does not have their own mat :)
