I'd like to replace the subfloor in our bathroom and eventually re-do the bathroom but the latter doesn't have to be right away. I'm interested in finding a guy who knows about construction, one who has patience and who can kind of teach me the trade a little bit without going ALL IN-DEPTH. I do pick stuff up quick as I've dealt with flooring and learning the subfloor and replacing the the finished or top layer ( tile, vinyl, etc.,) I'm a decent person, generous, easy going, and willing to learn. I WILL NOT BE PLAYING BOSS towards you! In fact, you would actually be playing boss to me and get to boss me around, LOL... this gig is for someone who isn't working full-time right now or whose collecting unemployment. All cash payment.
