Move, Breathe, SUP Join Coaches Garrett McCoy and Keith Kemp on this 3 hour wellness experience is part SUP lesson, Eco Tour, and Breath work seminar. Weedon Island preserve is a well marked paddle trail conveniently located between downtown Tampa and St. Petersburgh. We are passionate about natures effect on wellness, teaching breath awareness, SUP, and combining these practical tools to help people live their best lives. Transform your mindset in the shady mangrove tunnels. Find your breath and your bliss in peaceful lagoons. Learn habit stacking breath techniques to carry the peace into your everyday life. No paddle experience is needed price includes board rental. ($55 Bring your own board) Please arrive by 8:15 so we may get started promptly at 8:30 (parking is limited at the drop in spot. Please be prepared to park at the cultural center and walk 5 mins to the drop in spot. 8:30-8:45 (SUP lesson, warm up, & water safety) 8:45-11:00 (eco tour through the mangroves with breath work in the protected mangrove lagoons - brain heart coherent breath -wim hof (superventilation) 11-11:30 (Breath discovery session applying the breathwork techniques) 1 on1 coaching, groups, private tours, and training programs are available.
