OVERVIEW & PURPOSE We are looking for Plant Processing Personnel to support operations and to exceed customer expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES Harvest Livestock Break Down Carcasses Fabricate Carcasses into Retail Cuts Trim to Customer Specifications Help Monitor All Daily Logs & Record Maintain Organization Inspect Packaging to Ensure Labeling Requirements are met Clean and Sanitize Work Environment Assist as Needed in Plant Operations Lead by Example Maintain a Positive Team Morale Help Solve Problems and Teach Others to become Problem Solvers Create an Excellent Customer Experience Perform other duties as assigned SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Dependability Attention to detail Ethical mindset Remain calm under pressure Communication and teamwork skills Concentration to perform detail-oriented tasks Commitment to safety rules EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED certificate preferred Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds, etc.) Good hand-eye coordination If you fit this description and you are interested in challenging yet important and satisfying work, we invite you to apply for this position. Location: Miami, OK Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.50-14.50 per hour depending upon experience. Opportunity for a pay increase based on performance at 90 day evaluation.
