Description

We are looking to hire a general construction, (apprentice level or journeyman), for the next 4-6 months to work on, oversee, and manage various projects at our house in Alamo including a large backyard project that includes construction of an ADU. This will be an owner-built project. Applicant must: - Be somewhat well versed in the construction business - Have own tools - Be organized - Dependable, honest, trustworthy - Be able to run errands, do research, meet subcontractors, etc. - Be able to show previous work and provide references - Be willing to paint, dig, haul, clean up, rent equipment, or handle any other general work to keep us on track We will pay mileage, and an hourly wage for work, and this would be negotiable dependent upon experience.
