Join us Sunday, June 13, for a one-hour yoga class outside with The Fit Park followed by a drink on us! Grab your mat and start your Sunday funday off right with an outside one-hour yoga class by The Fit Park followed by an EMBC brew! On 6/13, Fit Park instructor Heidi will be teaching her Slow Inferno Class: A Power Flow fitness approach to the Slow Burn/Vinyasa style. Building strength alongside flexibility through a vigorous and mindful flow. Tickets are $20 and include the class + one beer to follow. Be sure to bring your yoga mat and arrive early to set up your area outside. Eastern Market Brewing Company is a community-focused craft brewery and taproom in the heart of Eastern Market, Detroit.
