Looking for a Journeyman Carpenter for Semi/full charge smaller jobs like Door Installs, Windows, Decks, fences, smaller remodels. If you responded before, respond again... i can only do so much... things got nuts there for a few days. We usually work directly with the homeowners, often in an occupied home, with the client and kid.dog right across the plastic zipwall and they write the checks, and they usually do not allow smoking. Therefore, its a non tobacco job site. if you smoke, the client cant be able to smell it on you. its just the way it is. Nothin' Fancy really; just looking for solid, reliable normal folks who do solid, reliable normal work for solid, reliable, normal folks that need normal solid, reliable work done. Best fit for some one living in the north seattle area long term, with long term plans. I have a wide variety of potential avenues of revenue, am not able to hump out the 60+ hour weeks anymore, and need some help in every category....: from website and management to basic organization and vehicle maintenance. The folks i would like to work with will conduct themselves in a semi-professional manner, set a high example for the younger team members, and HANDLE their bid-niss like the grown arsed men they are. Simply do that, and youll get basically whatever you want. I have any tools you dont, and can teach you anything you do not know how to do. Most jobs are generally easy in- easy out, with EXCELLENT clients that prefer quality work, are generally very easy to work with and happy we are there. We always strive to over deliver, and exceed client expectations. I have a decentralized command approach and you will usually be working alone or with a helper. I do not micromanage, babysit, hand-hold or scream and yell. I expect a grown assed man to handle their business, old school. Must be a clean, tidy, skilled professional tradesman that understands that this is not Arizona, or california, or hell, mexico or china or russia ( And I thank God it aint!!!), for that matter. and things need to be done differently....alot....Differently. Also, plenty of handyman type work north of shoreline: hand rails, small stairs, and as always plenty of decks, doors and windows. Handyman work pays a $75 for a 1 hour service call, and $40ish per hour after that, plus materials. Highly skilled Tradesman can usually can do 5-10 calls a week part time and make a very good living. drivers License, Vehicle and Background check required. Cognition, logic, reason and rational evidence based thought required: NPCs need not apply, for youll surely dissolve into an amorphous blob of gender pronouns and some garbage theory or other, as soon as the reality of reality sets in, and theres no huge job with dark corners to hide in, or cheat codes to skip over the hardest part of the job.... theres no usernames you can change, avatars to disguise or plugs to pull when the going gets tough. there only the produced work we gret paid for... all else is speculum.
