Press release from the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce : Brad Bevans, 06/03/2021 Stacie Wallace's sixth period Health class at Northwest Middle School has been awarded a $750 grant from the Carroll County Health Department and the Cigarette Restitution Funds Program.    The class developed a proposal for an initiative that would help to decrease e-cigarette/Juul use among young adults at the school. The funds will help support their efforts to share informative messaging of the dangers of using these substances.
