$1,000 SIGNING BONUS – New hire will receive $500 on their first paycheck and an additional $500 after one month of continuous employment. *** Full time position at a busy manufacturing company in Monroe, WA. Hours are 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. Attention to detail and the ability to take instruction is a must. Quick learner is always welcome! Desired Skills/Traits: • Must be able to stand on their feet for 8 hours • Ability to perform heavy lifting for the duration of their shift • Production or manufacturing experience preferred • Positive attitude • Excellent hand / eye coordination as well as excellent hand dexterity • Basic math skills (ability to understand and calculate fractional measurements preferred) • Will be working with various hand tools and stationary machinery • Safety oriented -- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at ALL times • Able and willing to be trained and learn different areas of production • Excellent reliability & attendance (ability to arrive to work on time, as scheduled on a daily basis) • Attention to detail and SAFETY a must!
