CART ASSOCIATE – Seattle-Tacoma International Airport - Full-time Morning shift Must be available Nights, Weekends, and Holidays HOURLY RATE - $16.57 + Benefits COMPANY BACKGROUND: Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs, as well as other passenger and guest services. Smarte Carte is headquartered in St. Paul, MN and has operations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Singapore.  BASIC JOB FUNCION: As a Cart Associate you will collect loose luggage carts and return them to rental units, change 75 lb. batteries, clean luggage carts, rental units, and cart moving equipment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Baggage cart collection and replacement Customer service to airport passengers Light cart and rental unit cleaning QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum 6 months successful work experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team   PHYSICIAL REQURIEMENTS Lift up to 75 lbs. to waist height Push and pull 75-100 pounds to move up to 15 carts simultaneously.
