JOB SUMMARY Villa Marin is currently looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the Front Desk Resident Services Department, who will work effectively as a team member with a focus on safety. They will perform a wide variety of resident services at the highest possible level for the homeowners and guests of Villa Marin. They will liaison between Independent Marketing Broker and Villa Marin regarding new residents and maintain new resident files. They will work in conjunction with the Director of Facilities and Engineering with telecommunication processes and issues. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, 40 hours per weekMonday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pmShifts may also include some holidays as needed KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Two years education beyond high school or equivalency.Minimum of two years’ experience in supervisory position and customer service.Strong supervisory skills and experience.Professional communication skills and experience with interfacing and contact with the public.Ability to plan and prioritize work flow; detail oriented, sensitive and patient in dealing with the elderly.Computer skills to include proficiency with PC, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, (or equivalent photo program) and Access. REQUIREMENTS Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must meet health assessment requirements as regulated by the California Department of Social Services, including TB testing and fingerprint clearance required by Community Care Licensing through the State of California Department of Justice background check bureau. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and/or possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
