I’m for looking for a workout buddy/friend. I lost my best friend and workout buddy a couple weeks ago and working out alone isn’t for me. I usually go to the gym 4-5 days a week here in Chico. I’ve mostly worked out with ladies in the past and that seems to work best for me. I’ve had some injuries in the past so I’m not a heavy lifter. I like cardio and lighter weights. I’m in my 50s 6’ 2” and weigh approximately 225 on a good day haha. Point is even though I’m a bigger guy I’m not about how much someone can lift. I’m open for hikes, walks, just getting outside and enjoying the fresh air, nothing too over the top. Working out in a gym setting is good also. I’m a member of a local gym here in Chico but I can also come to Oroville. Let me know if you’re interested. Thanks for reading my novel haha
