I live in an apartment complex and my neighbors downstairs decided to release their cat....He is currently living on my porch and I am feeding him. I really do not understand how they could do that to him, he seems extremely sweet and friendly. He just wants to be loved and I see no problems with him. I am making sure he is eating everyday, but I cannot let him inside because I have a dog. I bought food/water bowls and a flea color that you can have. He is completely free to a loving family. He deserves a better life than being abandoned and living on outside on a porch.
