For those who are fully vaccinated but may have misplaced their card showing their vaccine record, there's no need to panic: there's an easy way to get a replacement. The Rhode Island Department of Health encouraged Rhode Islanders to take a photo of their vaccination card or make a copy, then store the original in a safe place. However, if it's too late for that and your card is already missing, there's an easy way to get a new one.
