Top Altitude Fitness Services is hiring part-time fitness equipment moving technicians. Company Truck will be provided. You will be moving fitness equipment in Colorado (mostly Denver Metro) but should be willing to occasionally travel to rural CO. We are a small company and there will be opportunities for the right candidate to grow with us. Job Description: - Review scheduled work orders in our CRM Podio (web and app versions), print equipment diagram if needed. -Travel to the customer's location during the scheduled appointment window. - Assess if parts of the machine need to be removed before being moved. - Move the machine with a partner being careful to not damage the customer's property or self. - Reassemble any parts removed. Or if the machine is new in the box, assemble the entire machine and test. Clean up if needed. - Collect card payment onsite from customers (invoices in CRM). - Closeout work orders by updating the CRM service notes with work performed and a picture of serial numbers. - Communicate with other team members within the CRM on follow-up items if needed and respond to questions. Job Requirements: · Valid Driver’s License · Able to lift at least 400 lbs with another person and carefully move heavy machines up and down stairs. · Able to perceive the safest and most effective ways to move various machines even with no prior experience moving the same model of machine. · Work well with and communicate with professionalism with a moving partner. (Please let us know if you already have positive moving experience with another applicant for this job.) Two hires will be made. · Perform an organized disassembly and assembly of equipment and account for all equipment parts. Detail-oriented. · Being tech-savvy on computers, smartphones, and able to quickly figure out software is required. All information and communication is online. · Strong customer service skills and professionalism. · Good time management, dependable, and willing to communicate with other team members. · Able to email a weekly reconciliation of jobs completed/closed-out (paid weekly). This is a 1099 (contractor) position. You will need your own basic tools plus an impact driver for some assemblies. You will be doing 3-7 moving jobs per week (part-time basis). This position has the potential to turn into full-time work. There will be an opportunity for a candidate that has demonstrated excellence as an equipment mover for us to eventually become the Moving Manager of our company. If interested, we also cross-train for other positions in our company if a candidate desires to learn other skills and positions. The schedule can be somewhat flexible.
