Elite Horticultural Services provides ancillary services to a multitude of clients in the Colorado cannabis industry. From trimming and flipping to wholesaling and compliance, we cover a range of services to MED licensed facilities. Reliability, timeliness and efficiency are key traits we pride ourselves on as a company. We are seeking candidates who are punctual, responsible and self-driven! Most of our clients are located around the Denver metro area (Boulder, Lafayette, Aurora, Commerce City) with a couple in southern Colorado. Our typical work week is Monday through Friday, around 8am-5pm depending on the client's hours. You will have 2 x 15 minute breaks and a lunch throughout the 8 hour work day. After 90 consecutive days of employment, reviews will be conducted to discuss production and progress for a potential raise/promotion. Responsibilities: • Grow Tasks - defoliating, pruning, harvesting, trimming, quality control • Lab Tasks - fresh frozen prep, weighing, packaging, labeling • sorting different stages of finished product (big buds, popcorn, green waste) • cleaning and sterilizing all workstations and areas used throughout the facility Requirements: • possess a current Colorado MED badge • speak fluent English • able to repeat hand trimming motion and/or cleaning duties for an 8 hour shift • reliable transportation If you're interested in joining our team, please text (303) 435-0409 or reply via email with your resume and a brief description about yourself and why you are applying for this position.
