***CONCRETE - Need driveway add on***

Need to have a driveway add-on poured. It's got a curved right edge now and I'd like to have it poured to be straight (to fill in the blue box). See attached photo. Would be an area approximately 30 x 15 ft and needs a broom finish to match existing drive. Please respond with a ballpark price quote.
