NEWTOWN, PA — The Newtown Township Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying a suspicious person who was seen entering an unlocked home at Fair Oaks Court. The man, who is described as having a foreign, possibly Eastern European accent, was seen on video entering the residence, which was unlocked and unoccupied, around 3:47 p.m. Tuesday. The man left the home, walking to a nearby vehicle, which was described as a two-door, older model, blue-covered vehicle, possibly with a partial registration of JKK.
