Buffalo Grove Rotary Hosts Mobile Food Pantry for Those In-Need

The Buffalo Grove Rotary Club is hosting a Mobile Food Pantry in the parking lot of the Golf Dome at Mike Rylko Park, 801 McHenry Road in Buffalo Grove, on Saturday, June 5 from 10-11:30 a.m. In-need area families are warmly invited to drive up and receive a box of food and other household items. Individuals do not have to exit their vehicle; volunteer Buffalo Grove Rotarians will load either the backseat or the trunk. This event was funded entirely by a generous Buffalo Grove resident who wishes to remain anonymous, and who is another shining example of Rotary's 'Service Above Self' motto. The Buffalo Grove Rotary is thrilled to be assisting with this event to help area families who are experiencing food insecurity.
