SMITHTOWN, NY — Student-athletes from both Smithtown high schools are set to continue to play ball this fall, but on different teams and in a new setting. The district held its national letter of intent signing on May 26, where 11 athletes in Smithtown High School East and three more from Smithtown High School West signed to continue their athletic journeys in college, according to a news release from the district.
