New Cookie Store Opening In Vestavia Hills

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A cookie shop plans to open in Vestavia Hills this summer, as the franchise Crumbl Cookies looks to open in the former Rite Aid building in the Vestavia Hills City Center. A Birmingham Business Journal report said the franchise expects to hire up to 50 employees. The Vestavia location will be the second Alabama Crumbl location after a store recently opened in Madison. The Utah-based company has more than 200 stores nationwide. Crumbl Cookies serves six flavors each week, four of which are decided by its weekly rotating menu.
