Quality Landscaping & Construction is a fast growing landscaping and construction company specializing in the installation and removal of retaining walls, decking, patios, fences, plants, shrubs and more. Along with several maintenance services ranging from power washing, deck staining/painting, fence staining/painting, lawn rolling, yard clean ups and more. Since we are a growing company we have a need and desire to hire quality and detail oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and enjoy spending time outdoors. If you are a quick learner and take pride in your skills this job could be for you. We offer on the job training, and digital based training. You will work directly with the owners to get any and all experience needed for you to succeed with the company. If you need someone to constantly tell you your job and how to do it over and over again, this position would NOT be for you. Water and lunches are highly recommended to be BROUGHT with you since work takes place in several locations. We do sometimes, get donuts or purchase water and lunches for the employees while working but it is not our obligation and do not wish to be taken advantage of. Working interview may take place. Positions range in pay based on experience, evaluation of skill and work ethic, from $15.00/ hour to $25.00/hour. Pay is based on experience and the individuals knowledge of the materials, terminology and techniques. Must have an understanding of basic power tools and yard maintenance equipment.
