Press release from the City of Woburn: June 2, 2021 Assessing Department Cyclical Inspections June – November, 2021 Based on the MA Department of Revenue Division of Local Services requirements, the City of Woburn Assessing Department is requesting that all Woburn residents and businesses be aware that there will be City of Woburn appraisers (with visible City of Woburn identification) working with the Board of Assessors in reviewing building permits and performing cyclical inspections on Woburn properties. If the appraiser has visited your property, they will leave an orange visit tag at your property requesting that you call them to confirm interior conditions of your home.
