Description

The family is seeking a long-term year commitment. Spouse's are welcome to live on the property with you but must have another job off property as this is not a couple's position. The Head-of-Household will be responsible for maintaining running errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and purchase of household supplies. Also included; all exterior maintenance of property, light gardening / handyman duties, scheduling appropriate vendor or services, maintain appearance of residence's outdoor structures / guest house and dog sitting. Assist other staff with dinner parties; serving and clean-up. Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assisting with organizational projects and keeping inventory and proper care of linens, china, crystal, silverware, antiques, furniture, artwork, collectibles, electronics appliances, etc • Answering the telephone, door and gate as well as receiving guests • Collecting mail and accepting deliveries • Coordinate all entertaining and guest needs; greet and assist guests • Basic handyman skills to maintain all structures on the property • Driving employer and guests, at request • Coordinate all entertaining and guest needs; greet and assist guests • Basic handyman skills to maintain all structures on the property Requirements: • Housing Keeping/Outside Maintenance • Speak excellent English. • Five plus years of relevant work experience as a Domestic • Knowledge of how to clean and care for antiques, art, fine rugs and draperies. • Demonstrated history of building long-term and trusted relationships with references available. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion surrounding sensitive information. • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent attention to detail • Highly professional, self-motivated and organized. • Adept at receiving and carrying out directions. • Positive attitude, loyal and honest. • Flexible personality with an ability to remain calm under pressure. • Valid driver's license
