Bruhn Enterprises is a commercial cleaning and light maintenance company that has been in business since 1979. I am looking for a part time maintenance person about 12-15 hours a week, about 3 (4-5 hour) days per week. Experience in replacing ceiling tiles, carpet squares, minor maintenance, toilet part repairs, glue vinyl base where it's loose. Painting and wall repairs experience is a plus. Jobs very on a weekly basis as requests come in. This could be weekdays/evenings or weekends. You need a clean driving record as you would use my van and tools based out of Lakeville. This a good job for someone looking for extra income paid on ADP as an employee. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour.
