Looking to hire a part-time caretaker/handyperson to help look after my large house in Blue River. Looking for someone who can come at least once a week and work on various projects for a few hours. including painting, drywall repairs, other basic maintenance. Also keep an eye on the house when I am not here. Handyman skills are less important than being reliable, responsible, and easy to work with. Looking for someone who lives in Breckenridge, Blue River, or Fairplay. Pay in the $25/hr range, but negotiable. Looking for someone who is willing to provide references.
