THIS IS FOR ON GOING YEAR ROUND PART TIME WORK My family has 5 rental properties in the SLO PISMO GROVER areas that are in constant need of attention Primary job is landscape maintenance- pulling and spraying weeds, pruning, raking, checking irrigation, occasional planting Secondary is helping with tenant transitions. Clean up and dump run, Touch up paint. This job can provide 12-18 hours of work a week, sometimes more when we have a planting project going on, all year round. I also know other property owners who often ask me if I can send someone over to help with their landscape maintenance. Pay depends on experience and ability, $16-$18. Paid weekly. If you don't have much experience I can train you. I am looking for a healthy able bodied person with some knowledge of landscape and irrigation. Hours are flexible but prefer work to be done in 4-6 hour blocks. You should be reliable, punctual, and able to stay off your phone while working. Must have transportation. Truck preferred but not required. You must be presentable in appearance and non smoking because you will be around my tenants.
