$16-$18 THIS IS FOR ON GOING YEAR ROUND PART TIME WORK My family has 5 rental properties in the SLO PISMO GROVER areas that are in constant need of attention We need someone who can handle regular maintenance calls like replacing light fixtures and bulbs, clearing clogged faucet heads, relighting furnaces and water heaters, replacing window blinds, patching and painting. Some occasional assignments would be installing fences and gates, concrete pavers, repairing decks, repairing and replacing wood siding, power washing, stucco patching, We are constantly upgrading the rentals with side projects and 1 or 2 times a year completely remodel one. We are currently remodeling a small bungalow and need someone who can help with framing, running romex and installing boxes, installing light fixtures, installing cabinets and counters, installing toilets, sinks and faucets, small drywall areas. This job can provide 12-18 hours of work a week year round, depending on maintenance and small projects. During remodels can be up to 40 hours a week. I also know other property owners who often ask me if I can send someone over to help with their maintenance. Pay depends on experience and ability, $18-$25. Paid weekly. If you don't have much experience I can train you. I am looking for a healthy able bodied person with some knowledge of the above, or with the ambition and effort to learn. Hours are flexible but prefer work to be done in 4-6 hour blocks. You should be reliable, punctual, and able to stay off your phone while working. Must have transportation. Truck preferred but not required. You must be presentable in appearance and non smoking because you will be around my tenants.
