First Court is looking for 16 fair-minded people from Cass County, ND, for an online jury project on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. This is an online project you will do from your home. We are paying $100.00 for the 4.5 hours, if selected. * Online jurors must have access to a fast internet connection, a webcam, and a computer with the Chrome or Firefox web browser installed.*Smart phones will not be sufficient for this case. You will need to use a Desktop or Laptop for the first trial.* We are ALSO looking for TWO groups of people from Cass County, ND for a Private Jury Trial project on June 26, 2021 from 7:30am to 6:00pm OR June 28, 2021 from 7:30am to 6:00pm taking place in person in Fargo, ND. We are paying $250.00 cash for the day and breakfast, snacks/drinks, and lunch are provided. We need people who can listen to lawyers' arguments and witnesses and then tell us what they think. The objective of the project is to get honest feedback on the facts of a real lawsuit case by individuals in the area where the case originated.
