Need electrician for home to remove circuit

Looking for an electrician to remove a makeshift circuit installed in the garage. 4 years ago a roommate turned our backyard into a living room space but he didn’t do a very good job with electrical installation. All we need is for someone EXPERIENCED to remove/stop the electrical current from our home circuit, from flowing to this small outside room, and to dispose of all electrical cords/activity in the room. The electrical wires are not behind any walls. It literally is just cords connected to our house but some mended wires we need SAFELY removed. Must meet city electrical guidelines.
