Looking for a person to grow with the co. Basically the job involves taking a metal form off of a molded piece of concrete, clean the form put it back together and then fill it up with concrete again. you will need to move the item casted with a fork lift or bobcat tractor to another part of the yard. also you will need to keep a log on the number of items and what they were that you casted in a day. The forms are heavy but when you learn to handle them its not so bad or hard work, we also have equipment to move anything that is considered heavy. You will get a commission on the amount of blocks you make Plus a steady salary base. It is a good job with lots of opportunity to grow, learn and earn more money. It's nice if you speak Spanish but not critical, you have to be clean, no drug or abuse problems and ready to work.
