Primary duties include; Resident service order requests Vacant apartment maintenance Inspection/repair of building lights & timers Appliance installation Qualifications; Available for night/weekend calls Plumbing/Drywall/Appliance/Electrical experience Minor roofing repair Ability to lift 80-100 pounds HVAC certification (preferred) CPO certification (preferred) Reliable transportation
