Day Porter: TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED We are looking for positive motivated individuals to join our team. Multiple positions available. This position will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain an outdoor shopping center. Requirements: Applicant must be able to work a flexible shift, including some weekends, and holidays. Applicant should have general knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance and cleaning. Position requires manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and the ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform job duties. Tasks: Clean corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas Empty trash, recyclable receptacles and ashtrays Transport other trash and waste to disposal areas Dust and polish furniture and equipment Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors Wash store front windows and doors Report any needed repairs immediately to Maintenance Check entire property for spills or water to clean up immediately Clean kiosk carts Parking lot detail Operates Back Pack Blower Must handle various cleaning solvents and chemicals Must comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and State Health Department Other tasks as assigned Work Environment: Exposed to outdoor environment with excessive heat and cold, physical labor, and standing for long periods of time.
