Getting ready to take the State Real Estate License Exam? While most people fail the state exam on their first try, our licensing classes have a record of an over 90% exam pass rate! If you are taking the California state exam, it’s a good idea to have extra-focused exam preparation and review! Taught by a veteran real estate broker who has helped many students obtain their license, the Real Estate Exam “Cram” class covers all the important material needed to pass the state exam. Class fee includes real estate exam prep guide, practice tests with 900 sample questions, terms and definitions, “hot sheets” of exam questions, math review and test-taking tips. This is a Hybrid Class combining the best aspects of live traditional classes with the convenience of live, interactive online classes, for an all-inclusive learning experience! The first and 4th classes will be live in a classroom, while the second and third classes will be live via Zoom. This live class begins on June 17 and ends on July 8.
