Executive Director, Digital Technology Program Execution, Raytheon Technologies Sponsored by: Raytheon Women's Network Keynote Speaker: Diane Foley Diane Foley is the Executive Director of Digital Technology Program Execution for Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S). In this role, she is responsible for IT program execution across RI&S’ portfolio of programs. Prior to joining Raytheon, Diane was vice president, Performance Excellence for BAE Systems U.S. Combat Systems. She was the founder and a co-chair of the global Women’s Leadership Network. Diane is an acknowledged champion for diversity, equity and inclusion, women in STEM and women in leadership. She is a Society of Women Engineers (SWE) life member, co-chair of SWE’s Corporate Partnership Council, and a member of the SWE Research Advisory Council. Diane was the 2020 recipient of the SWE Advocating Women in Engineering award. Diane attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She earned a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Diane is the proud mother of a U.S. Army Captain.
